Through cross-comparison of both qualitative and quantitative data, the team determined a series of impact areas that would serve as conversation starters to guide the ongoing transformation design teams need to move at in order to properly adapt againts the ever-changing face of the industry.
Electric Vehicle - Public Charging Experience

We created a series of performance action cards by conducting a deep-dive technical assesment of competitors and the user expectations from industry standars to guide designers when creating a scalable and holistic public charging experience for the electric card of this major vehicle manufacturer.
